The crawler lift is equipped with a high-quality crawler track system, which is widely used in off-road vehicles such as construction machinery and tractors. Given the harsh operating conditions, the track system is required to have sufficient strength and rigidity, as well as good propulsion and steering capabilities. The crawler tracks make contact with the ground and provide the driving force
The wheel is not in contact with the ground. When the motor drives the drive wheel to rotate, the drive wheel, under the driving torque of the reducer, continuously rolls up the track from the rear through the engagement between the gear teeth on the drive wheel and the track chain.
The grounded part of the track exerts a rearward force on the ground, while the ground correspondingly exerts a forward reaction force on the track. This reaction force serves as the driving force that propels the machine forward. When the driving force is sufficient to overcome the walking resistance, the rollers roll forward on the upper surface of the track, thereby enabling the machine to move forward. Both the front and rear tracks of the entire track-walking mechanism can be steered independently, resulting in a smaller turning radius.
