Purchase Advice: For 3-ton forklifts, the standard version is recommended. For 3.5-3.8 tons, the high-end reinforced version is recommended.

Main Differences Between Reinforced and Standard Versions

1.  Material Thickness: Standard version uses 16mm thick steel plate; Reinforced version uses 20mm thick steel plate.

2.  Frame: Standard version has 2 reinforced crossbeams; Reinforced version adds one fixed crossbeam to reinforce the frame, totaling 3 beams.

3.  Plate Connection: Reinforced version adds three triangular gussets between the side plate and back plate to stabilize and reinforce the frame, preventing deformation.

10 Reasons to Recommend the White High-end Reinforced Tilting Fork

1. Good Material, Sufficient Usage

Uses a high-strength all-manganese steel integral frame. The frame steel plate thickness is up to 20mm, meeting the needs of high-intensity operations.

(Other ordinary tilting forks: Use general materials, frame thickness is only 16mm, frame may deform under high strength use)

2. Large Frame + Three Crossbeams

*  A larger frame disperses force more evenly when carrying heavy loads, balancing the load and improving comprehensive bearing capacity.

*  Based on the 966mm large frame, an extra crossbeam is added to make the overall frame more reliable.

3. Added Triangular Reinforcement Blocks

At the weld between the side plate and back plate, three triangular reinforcement blocks are added to each column (12 total). This ensures that the plates do not displace or deform under high pressure and strengthens the reliability of the entire frame.

4. Thickened Fork Frame Crossbeam

The fork frame crossbeam uses high-strength steel with a height of 90mm and thickness of 50mm, ensuring no deformation during long-term, high-intensity operations in the future.

(Other ordinary tilting forks: Crossbeam height is only about 70mm, thickness 40mm, relatively thin, prone to deformation and bending under continuous high-intensity conditions)

5. Precise Pin Holes

To ensure precise hole positioning, the overall frame is welded first, and then holes are drilled using a boring machine. Precise pin holes ensure that after prolonged use, there is no excessive wear or deformation, and no need to worry about disassembly for maintenance years later. Simple tools allow for easy disassembly and maintenance.

(Other ordinary tilting forks: Holes drilled before welding. If welding points are not precise or high-temp welding causes slight displacement, the pin axis may seize after use. Long-term use leads to severe wear and hole deformation. Disassembly might require a sledgehammer, hindering future maintenance)

6. 50MM Main Large Pin Shaft

Uses a 50MM diameter main pin shaft, quenched and hardened, providing strong support for lifting heavy loads.

(Other ordinary tilting forks: Use a main pin shaft around 40mm, not quenched or hardened)

7. High Polymer Composite Bushing

Used at mechanism hinges. Hardness is double that of ordinary copper bushings, extending service life. Due to self-lubricating functions, regular greasing is not needed to prevent wear, avoiding breakage caused by rapid bushing wear.

(Other ordinary tilting forks: Use ordinary copper bushings, no self-lubricating function, require regular greasing, otherwise rapid wear leads to breakage)

8. Integrated Forged Oil Cylinder

1.  Uses a 90mm diameter large oil cylinder, powerful and strong.

2.  Cylinder core and head use high-cost integrated forging technology. The core is quenched and hardened, making the overall cylinder powerful with high bearing capacity.

(Other ordinary tilting forks: Cylinder core and head are usually welded, bearing capacity is relatively poor, and slight deformation occurs after welding)

9. Imported Seals

Uses original imported seals, high reliability, good sealing, and long service life.

10. German Continental Hydraulic Hoses

Q: Does it come with the multi-way valve from the factory?

Purchased: You don't need to prepare anything yourself, just find a repairman to install it. My factory has been using it well.

Q: Can the multi-way valve be added to, or does it need to be replaced directly?

Purchased: You can add a single valve, or you can replace it directly with a triple multi-way valve. It is recommended to replace it directly with a triple multi-way valve; adding a single valve might cause oil leaks if the technical skill isn't good.

Q: Can I install it myself?

Seller: Generally, those with good basic mechanical hands-on skills can install it themselves. The installation is not complicated; just follow the order.

Q: Do you have a tilt cylinder? It's leaking oil, and there are grooves on the piston rod, so I want to replace the cylinder directly.

Seller: You need the same model of tilt mechanism for it to work. Different tilt mechanisms have non-universal oil cylinders.

Q: If I install a tilt mechanism on the forklift, do I need to add a control handle?

Seller: Yes, you need to add a control handle and an oil line.
