Warranty Terms

Precautions for Using Polyurethane Forklift Wheels

1: Under normal temperature conditions, please do not use beyond the weight limit or overload. Overload use is not covered by the warranty.

2: The usage environment requires a flat, dry floor without water, oil stains, etc., as these pose risks of causing the wheel rubber to detach or corrode. (Use in very harsh environments is not covered by the warranty.)

3: Avoid collision with sharp objects during use; polyurethane is easily cut or torn. Damage from impact or cutting is not covered by the warranty.

4: After installation, ensure there is no scraping and that the wheel rotates flexibly and smoothly before use. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered by the warranty.

5: On forklifts, load wheels, auxiliary wheels, and drive wheels are required to be replaced as a set. That is, when replacing load wheels, all load wheels must be replaced. This ensures the maximum balance of the wheels. Replacing a single wheel is not covered by the warranty.

6: For damage caused by raw material and production process defects, a replacement warranty is provided for 4 months from the date of leaving the factory or 800 hours of usage. Products returned due to quality issues and approved by our company will be replaced free of charge. (Freight and installation costs are to be borne by the customer). Within five years, a refurbishment warranty is available upon payment of material costs.

7: This warranty clause applies only to the product itself and does not contain other commitments, whether express or implied warranties. This warranty compensation is limited to free replacement or repair as per the agreement. We do not bear other liabilities, including those arising from accidents, related losses, or special damages.

Note: Manual models have a 2-month warranty. Economy models, promotional models, clearance models, and leftover stock do not enjoy any warranty.
