1.Returns are not accepted if there is no quality problem and the outer packaging has been removed, cannot be restored, which affects secondary sales.
2.Returns are not accepted for customized products, while after-sales service is provided.
3.Returns are not accepted for damages caused by intentional human damage or force majeure, while after-sales service is provided.
4.If customers find that the product cannot be used or has serious damage and quality problems upon receipt, please contact us immediately. For damages caused by logistics reasons, customers can directly refuse delivery, and our company will communicate and handle it with the logistics company. Customers do not need to bear any costs.
5.If customers choose the wrong product specifications due to their own reasons and need to return or exchange the product, they must bear the round-trip freight and forklift transportation wear and tear fees.
6.Due to the large size of the product minor scratches and paint peeling are inevitable during transportation. Returns are not accepted if it does not affect the use.
