What should I do if the traction model can't be pulled?
If the traction model can't be pulled, you can modify it to have auxiliary walking. For details, please consult the online customer service.
Can it be used indoors?
Whether it can be used indoors mainly depends on whether it can get in. If it needs to be taken into an elevator, it depends on whether the elevator's size and load capacity are suitable (currently only the electric-driven 4-meter model can fit). The wheels are polyurethane solid tires, which will not cause wear to the ground.
What kind of battery is used? What is its capacity?
All batteries of our self-propelled models are maintenance-free lead-acid batteries. The 4-meter model uses 2 Chaowei batteries of 12V/80ah each; the 6-meter to 12-meter models use 4 batteries of 6V/200ah each; the 14-meter model uses 4 batteries of 6V/240ah each.
