Instructions for Using the Mobile Hydraulic Dock Leveler

1. Move the mobile yard ramp to the work site. Close the shut-off valve on the manual pump, then operate the hand pump to raise the ramp deck to an appropriate height (adjust
according to the vehicle model).
2. Slowly back the truck underneath the ramp (visually verify that, once lowered, the reinforcing ribs of the lip plate will not interfere with the vehicle).
3. Open the shut-off valve on the manual pump to allow the ramp deck to settle freely and rest against the truck bed; ensure that the ramp's wheels do not bear any load.
4. Lower the tail plate. Once the ramp has been securely locked to the vehicle body using the safety chains, loading and unloading operations may commence.
5. Upon completion of work, release the safety chains. Operate the manual pump to lift the ramp deck clear of the vehicle body, then allow the truck to drive away.
6. Retract the tail plate and move the yard ramp away from the site.
